How to use our new: SMOKIN' HOT HONEY & HABANERO SAUCE

Produced with Butterfly Bakery Vermont, our new hot sauce is crafted with a smoky habanero and our liquid honey. A lil' sweet and a lil' heat which makes this sauce perfect for poultry, pork, cheese, eggs, and more!

THE HEAT - Smoky habanero

Habanero brings a fruity, building heat - not the kind that overwhelms, but the kind that lingers and keeps you going back for more.

THE SWEET - Liquid honey

Our own liquid honey rounds out the habanero's fire, adding floral sweetness and body that keeps this sauce balanced.

What to put it on:

MEAT

Brush onto ribs, pulled pork, or pork tenderloin as a finishing glaze. Or drizzle over roast chicken, grilled thighs, or crispy fried chicken. The honey caramelizes under heat! Works as a marinade too!

CHARCUTERIE

Drizzle over sharp cheddar, aged gouda, or brie on your next board. Pairs with cured meats and pickles too! Heat and fat were made for each other.

BREAKFAST

Fried, scrambled, or in an omelette! A little drizzle transforms any egg dish into something worth waking up for. Try it on a breakfast sandwich or shakshuka for an extra kick!

PIZZA

Drizzle over a hot slice straight out of the oven. The honey melts in and you'll never go back to plain red pepper flakes.

VEGGIES

Toss with carrots, sweet potato, or brussels sprouts before roasting for caramelized, spicy edges.

DIPPING SAUCE

Mix with a little mayo or Greek yogurt for a quick dip for chicken tenders or fries.

Pick up a bottle in the shop or online, and let us know what you put it on first!
