Our Honey

We offer our honey in two forms; raw naturally crystallized and liquid. Both are delicious, all natural 100% pure honey extracted straight from the honeycomb.

All raw unfiltered honey will eventually crystallize into a creamy spreadable texture. Crystallized honey has a look and feel similar to cookie icing; slightly grainy with a pale yellow cloudy appearance. Crystallization helps preserve beneficial enzymes, antioxidants and pollen in raw honey.

Liquid honey has the classic clear deep amber color. It is raw honey that has been slightly heated into a pourable consistency.  Over time, it will recrystallize but can be gently reheated back into its liquid state.
