What is liquid honey?
Liquid honey has been finely filtered and heated, so it is best used for cooking and baking. It tends to be less viscous because of this process, and liquid honey no longer contains any of the pollen, enzymes, and antioxidants we naturally find in honey. Because of this, it no longer retains any health benefits.
