Fleur de Sel Caramel - Nu Chocolat

Made in Shelburne, Vermont by Nu Chocolat,  French Fleur de Sel is the crowning jewel atop a thin layer of single origin Colombian dark chocolate covering a buttery, smooth core of caramel. This caramel is handmade using honey sourced from Champlain Valley Apiaries.
