Made in Shelburne, Vermont by Nu Chocolat. French Fleur de Sel is the crowning jewel atop a thin layer of single origin, Colombian dark chocolate covering a buttery, smooth core of caramel. This caramel is handmade using honey sourced from Champlain Valley Apiaries.
