This hickory & maple smoked cheese is naturally smoked in the Sugarbush Farm smokehouse for three days with wood chips. A smooth cheese with old fashioned smoke flavor, no artificial flavor added.
8 oz Bar is hand cut and hand dipped in three coats of cheese wax to lock in the fine flavor and allow for long keeping.
