Springtime Bee Pollen Smoothie
Bee pollen has a slightly sweet, floral taste that pairs beautifully with fruits and creamy ingredients. Because the granules are small, they blend easily and add a mild crunch if sprinkled on top! If you’re trying bee pollen for the first time, it’s best to start with a small amount to ensure you don’t have a sensitivity to it.

Ingredients
-
1 frozen banana
-
½ cup frozen strawberries or mixed berries
-
½ cup mango or pineapple
-
1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
-
½ cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
-
1–2 teaspoons bee pollen
-
1 teaspoon Champlain Valley raw, unfiltered honey
-
Small handful of spinach (optional for added greens)
Instructions
-
Add the almond milk to a blender first to help everything blend smoothly.
-
Add the frozen banana, berries, and mango or pineapple.
-
Spoon in the yogurt and add the bee pollen.
-
Blend until smooth and creamy.
-
Taste and add honey if you’d like a little extra sweetness.
