Raw honey has never been heated or finely filtered, so it naturally crystallizes and retains all the pollen, enzymes, and protein naturally present in honey. We filter out big pieces of wax and any debris, but otherwise, our raw honey is untouched and unaltered, straight from the bee hive.

"This is the honey I used to dream about when we lived out of country from 2018 until 2022, and did not have access. It was the first thing I ordered when I returned to Vermont. It is the one thing I never want to be without again. I have friends and family who love it now, as I give jars as gifts also.
