
Memorial Day Punch

Prep Time: 10 minutes (plus 1 hr chill time)
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 standard bottle of red wine
- 2 cups apple juice
- 1/2 cup Champlain Valley honey
- Lime slices
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 11 oz. ginger ale or lemon-lime soda
- Ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix wine, apple juice, and honey in a large pitcher. Add lime slices and sliced strawberries. Chill one hour or longer.

Just before serving, add ginger ale and pour over ice cubes in tall glasses.

Garnish each glass with some of the fruit.
