Ingredients
- 1 cup Champlain Valley Apiaries raw honey
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Pinch of black pepper
Instructions

Add ingredients to a jar
Place all spices into a clean glass jar. -
Pour in the honey
