Peanut Butter Raw Honey Energy Balls

Here's an idea to take our 100% raw, crystalized honey and Green Mountain's honey roasted peanut butter to make a quick, no-bake snack. These Peanut Butter & Raw Honey Energy Balls fuel your workout without weighing you down and best of all, they only take 10 minutes to make!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

  • ½ cup Green Mountain Honey Roasted peanut butter

  • ⅓ cup Champlain Valley Apiaries raw honey

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1–2 tablespoons chia seeds or ground flaxseed (optional)

  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips (optional, but recommended 😉)

  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Mix the wet ingredients
    In a medium bowl, stir together the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth.

  2. Add the dry ingredients
    Fold in the oats, salt, and chia seeds or flaxseed if using. Mix until fully combined.

  3. Stir in the extras
    Add chocolate chips or any mix-ins you like.

  4. Roll into balls
    Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls using your hands.

  5. Chill
    Place in the fridge for at least 20–30 minutes to firm up.


Easy Variations

  • Protein boost: Add 1–2 tablespoons vanilla or chocolate protein powder

  • Nut-free: Swap peanut butter for sunflower seed butter

  • Extra carbs: Mix in dried cranberries or raisins
