
Peanut Butter Raw Honey Energy Balls

Ingredients

1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

½ cup Green Mountain Honey Roasted peanut butter

⅓ cup Champlain Valley Apiaries raw honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1–2 tablespoons chia seeds or ground flaxseed (optional)

2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips (optional, but recommended 😉)

Pinch of salt
Instructions

Mix the wet ingredients
In a medium bowl, stir together the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth. -
Add the dry ingredients
Fold in the oats, salt, and chia seeds or flaxseed if using. Mix until fully combined. -
Stir in the extras
Add chocolate chips or any mix-ins you like. -
Roll into balls
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls using your hands. -
Chill
Place in the fridge for at least 20–30 minutes to firm up.
