We've packed our Raw Naturally Crystallized Honey in a 8 oz glass jar is a great small size for gifting. Thick and spreadable, raw honey is all purpose sweetener that goes well on toast, crackers, sandwiches, warm biscuits and more!  

Honey, when left in an unheated and unfiltered raw state, naturally crystallizes retaining all the healthy properties that make Raw Honey a superfood. 

Every jar of our honey is a floral snapshot of a particular area at a given time. The bees gather nectar from a variety of floral sources, including legumes, trees and seasonal wildflowers from spring dandelions to the goldenrod of fall. 

At Champlain Valley Apiaries, we have been producing and packing the highest quality honey since 1931. We are a 4th generation family owned and operated apiary in Middlebury, Vermont.  Our mission is to foster sustainable agriculture and promote the importance of honeybees in our food system.
